Fast mode
On: skip file encryption. Off: encrypt.
How to use
Open EsyShare on your first device.
Scan the QR with the other device.
Choose files → Send Files → Download.
Example code only. Broadcast uses QR or share links.
Keep your QR, link, and code private.
Save files before closing the tab.
Match → Confirm, then send.
Different → Stop. Start a new session.
Fast mode OFF encrypts files. Secure mode adds a connection check: compare codes in person or through a trusted call, then choose “Codes match — unlock sending” on each device you’ll send from. This verification code is different from the six-digit pairing code.
On: skip file encryption. Off: encrypt.
Two devices.
Up to eight. QR or link.
Compare, then confirm.
Decline new files.
Save as one ZIP.
Stop the current transfer.
With Broadcast off, a new guest on the same link replaces the previous one. The host controls Fast mode and Broadcast; transfer modes cannot change during a file transfer. Each joining device automatically uses the session mode. Each file goes to all other connected devices with Receiving on. Turning Receiving off lets existing transfers finish, and you can still send. Share opens the device’s share menu where supported.
100 MB each. Select multiple files to send them one at a time. Save received files before closing or refreshing the tab; the list retains only the latest 50.
Both devices must reach the same EsyShare website, but don’t need the same Wi-Fi. Wait for “Connected — ready”, choose a non-empty file, and turn Receiving on at the receiving device. Accept the host?s transfer mode on joining devices. In Secure mode, confirm matching verification codes.
A dropped direct transfer can restart once through the relay using the same transfer mode. If it fails, select the file and retry. Sessions expire ten minutes after creation or the latest reported transfer activity. After expiry, the host creates a new session: use its fresh QR, link, or code.
Localhost opens the app only on the computer running it. Your phone needs an HTTPS address that both devices can reach. Encryption requires HTTPS outside localhost.
